Another great job,Deacon.

As far as this article relating to me,it does,in many ways.

In my case,I maybe one of those believers that just can't receive God's blessing or favor,for probably these reasons;

1.The so called dreadful sins of my forebearers,

2.Because of a jaded,almost abominable past,

3.I'm just a believer who may have escaped hell,but have definite character and personality traits that may well land me in purgatory.

Curses,generational and otherwise,can be very detrimental to the life of a believer,really,anyone!

David, You have already received God's greatest blessing ... and that is forgiveness of your sins. His death on the cross is the end of curses. There is no sin that God Almighty can't forgive and forget other than a total rejection of His mercy ... or better said, our rejection of Him. God won't give us what we refuse to receive. God is the "I am". He abides in the eternal now. He does not care about the past or the future .. just the right now. Reconciliation is always possible. Ref Purgatory, I always like what St Therese says .... (Something like this, "if I close my eyes in death and open them amidst the fires of purgatory, I shall sing the Canticle of Love ... for I am close to heaven." God Bless!
