Here is the truth. My Dad died in an accident when I was 24 years old. My 'close' friends never came around. I would sit in my apartment at the time and let it all consume me.

If it wasn't for two friends, Shaila and Ron, wherever you are now, who came by day after day to get me out of the apartment. I don't know. But two people who I thought were just in the group of friends became my most essential.

So so important! And important to teach this to our youth who are struggling with this as well. Making sure teens have that core group of good friends - like in youth group - to pray with them and for them teaches them at a young age that we can’t do this alone! Sports teams isn’t enough. Video game group play isn’t enough. They need that core of faith and they need to see their parents utilizing that as well.

So Good Meliss!!!’ We tend to forget the importance of “Together we can do what we cannot do alone” because of the busyness of life. It’s really putting things into perspective knowing what’s important in this walk. We Must We Must take care of one another. Be aware of those who are suffering and reach out. We are called to be Gods hand extended for that purpose. Especially in these days. Having had a Spiritual awakening as the result of experiencing God and knowing His word we must carry His love to those who are suffering for this we are responsible. 👍🙌🏼♥️ Thanks for another sharing of your Experience, Strength, and Hope! Love you 🎺🎼🎷
