Excellent meditation as usual!

Thank you.

I struggle with understanding everything that is stated in the creed about the Trinity but I believe, Lord Help my unbelief.

Blessings Mr Hammond!

Grazie! That is the stance we should all have: the Trinity is a supernatural mystery beyond our comprehension, especially in this veil of tears, but we can believe it with certainty because it is God who reveals it to us and we can know that it doesn't contradict reason, even if it also surpasses it. God bless!

This is amazing! I will start with your celebration of fathers at the end. Thank you! And now kore than ever, the world needs us.

And the creed itself? Wow. I have never heard it. I don"t think that Fr. Joe at our church in the early 80s had heard it, either.

I wish that this was taught at Notre Dame, as well. Everyone was so proud of how we all went to church every Sunday; but we were still mossing out.

Of all the falling off that has happened post-Vatican II, I think that much of it results from putting this in the closet.

Sorry for being harsh. But really, it is sorrow for missing out. And love means expecting the best.

I don't think you were harsh, just truthful, and I feel the same way. We have been deprived of our Roman Catholic birthright, as Dr. Kwasniewski calls it, and it's up to us to recover it.
