I really enjoyed this ... up to the point you took what seems to be a presumptuous and unnecessary swipe at the three contemporary "damned." That is for God to judge.

Another seldom-mentioned saint in this scenario, St. Longinus, has a fascinating story associated with one of the Eucharistic miracles. The centurion who thrust his sword into the side of Christ, according to some traditions, had his eyesight healed by the Holy Blood that spattered his face. He died a Christian martyr. Today he is honored, along St. Veronica and St. Andrew, at St. Peter's.

I'm sorry, who do you think I said to be damned? If you mean Luther, Calvin and von Balthasar, I said that they believed Christ was damned when He went to Hell, not that those three men are damned.
