This is absolutely true. I can attest to that. During covid my parish did not have adoration. I was devastated and more than a little angry! A friend also suggested online adoration. I immediately rejected it! Then my daughter suggested it too, so I thought grudingly (I really fought this!), "Ok, I will give it whirl, but I know it won't work!!!!!" Guess what? It worked. Jesus became very present to me, so I recommend you give it a whirl!!!!🙏

I have driven by Blessed Sacrament Parish in Manchester, NH, many times, as that is my home diocese. What a blessing that they offer perpetual Adoration that is live-streamed for those unable to attend in person at a given time!

That's why one of the proposals to the Pope is that he grants the same graces as being present (only if that involves a great effort or is impossible), for example, to include in the plenary indulgence for a half-hour in person adoration, also valid for real time face-to-face or by desire (through the intercession of the guardian angel carrying prayers and blessings to and fro):

There is also the presence of the Spirit of Christ within us through the Holy Spirit which enables us to have Christ as our resting place when we yield to the Spirit. This presence is the conduit for sanctifying grace prior to participation in the Eucharist.
