A Programmatic Spirituality
I hope this goes for free content at the end of the week. I would like to forward this to our faculty and staff at our school. It is a great reminder as we start the school year.
This was a beautiful read this AM for me. I was up at 1am saying a Rosary sitting on the side of my teen son’s bed and hugging him after a weekend of him not meeting my expectations. The joyful mysteries reminded me of the love of new beginnings and the hope and joy we must cling to - that’s where true change happens. Just in time for the feast of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 🥰
Great article Father. We tend to think that programs will solve problems. Unless that program results in a change in the way we live our faith, it is meaningless. I always consider the martyrs. They were afraid of nothing. Or nothing could squelch their joy. Their program was the Godpel, plain and simple.
