Well said. And kudos to Bishop Byrne. Would that all bishops were so courageous and bold as to proclaim the truth. Unfortunately since the 60s the vast majority of bishops in the world have been weak and insipid when it comes to preaching the Gospel. Instead they preach heresy. We must pray that the sacramental characters of Confirmation and Holy Orders be awakened in them. The Salvation of Souls—especially their own—makes this obligatory for every Catholic.
The good news is that these young, wonderful newly ordained priests are conservative and truly teach the things that Jesus wanted them to teach us. Praise be to Our Lord, Jesus Christ! We must continue to pray for more young men to enter the priesthood! +JMJ+
SOOOOO thankful for Bishop Byrne. If you read the entire article, and are a faithful, REAL Catholic Christian, you'll agree. He wants souls to get to Heaven and his actions are what should be done by all Catholic bishops. +JMJ+
Each element of so called LGBTQXYZ is nothing more than an inhuman fantasy employed to identify a non existent human condition that is deployed in the hope of justifying behavior which is wholly inconsistent with the constructs of our genuine human nature which arises only from that of our Creator. "As Catholics we should not be surprised when we are attacked for speaking the truth". We should be mightily suspicious if we are not. Unfortunately many Catholics have concluded that these vile behaviors are just another form of sexual sin when in reality they contravene the greatest gift of human participation in the life and nature of God that He has imparted to our race which is individual human participation in the creation of His beloved children. As an expression of the worst of sin, murder pales in comparison in the eyes of God to these inhuman acts. Even if this was not the case, and I can assure you it is, it is never an act of love to affirm, fail to oppose, or lead anyone into the most deadly of sin.
Way to go, Bishop Byrne! Keep guiding the flock and help to keep us on the correct path.

Great piece! Truth spoken in charity!
